Fidelis Home Care provides non-medical companion / homemaker services to seniors, those recovering from surgery, new and expectant mothers, and others. Options include 24 hour live-in care or hourly care.

Our experienced, compassionate and dependable caregivers provide our clients with loving care and assistance to help make their lives easier and to retain their independence, while providing their families with the peace of mind that their loved ones are safe. All of our caregivers are carefully screened, bonded and insured so you can trust you are getting the best possible assistance. If needed, Fidelis Home Care also provides services to individuals who may reside in an assisted living facility or nursing home.

Who we are

Jeff Hatten and Connie Hatten, RN, Owners
Jeff and Connie founded Fidelis in 2010 by building on their personal experiences and passion for serving the community. Connie is a Registered Nurse with broad experience in both the hospital and clinic setting. She cared for her mother and sister during their battles with cancer, and as a mother of 3 children, she has been a caregiver on every level for the past 12 years. Jeff is a former US Marine Corps Officer. Building on his management experience in the military and from an 11 year career in pharmaceutical sales, he developed Fidelis as a way to transform his business knowledge into a community service company. Jeff and Connie strive to make Fidelis a place where both clients and caregivers feel the warmth and security of being a part of a family. Having walked the difficult path of caring for loved ones, both Jeff and Connie understand how important quality personal care is to a family and look forward to serving your family in the comfort of home!

Kevin Hatten, Marketing Development Manager
Kevin joined Fidelis in August of 2011 to develop Fidelis’ rapid growth in several areas. As a Marine Corps veteran who served in Iraq in 2003, Kevin has a personal passion for helping veterans receive the benefits they have earned for serving our country. Many veterans qualify for an Aid and Attendance Pension from the VA, but don’t know how to apply for it. That’s where Kevin can help! Additionally, Kevin is developing Fidelis’ partnerships with senior living facilities and rehabilitation facilities. Kevin’s background in outside sales and customer service are a tremendous addition to the company.

Mary Ann Cain, Care Coordinator
Mary Ann is “Mom” to Jeff and Kevin. She is one of 7 children and has extensive experience from caring for her father who had Alzheimer’s and her mother who is 84 and has numerous health problems. Mary Ann’s role is to ensure that every family gets matched with their ideal caregiver, and that the care provided exceeds all expectations. Mary Ann anchors Fidelis’ office team and manages every client’s unique needs.
